Good idea. As much as I am to loath more regulation in our society, this is an excellent way to provide legal protection to both patrons and the workers. I know of a few security personnel in Saskatoon who would have been rightly stripped of their qualifications after laying their first beating on a drunken 18-year-old, rather than sipmly given a lower profile shift watching the back door.
