Britney Spears has taken to airing her privates in public and, hey it is her right, but you just had to know that someone would offer friendly medical advice.A Christmas gift certificate was recently sent to Spears by a New York cosmetic surgeon, offering her a free tummy tuck and cosmetic surgery. Here’s the letter compliments of TMZ.
My age old bet with my good buddy Sal is looking like lost money. The money was on Christina crack and do Playboy, but Spears has upstaged her and didnt even get Heffner money.
