So I'm watching the match with a neighbour in the 73rd minute when I realise that England are actively working towards a penalty shootout.

This gets confirmed when Eriksson puts Carragher on in the dying minutes of the second overtime.

Total madness. Total madness.

I am one of the biggest Carragher fans around, but putting him in to take a penalty was absolutely crazy. I blame Sven, he always selected stars and never selected a team, he made no tough decisions and England got punished for it.
