Alan is OUT.I am not sure that Liberals understand the concept of announcing their leadership intentions. So far it is a race to see who can tell Canadians they don't want the job. In case you are keeping score:

Passing - 4
Add to that the fact that both Goodale and Graham - two of the most experienced MPs - have no interest and the intrigue builds.
