Reason Number 33 why the Penguins suck

Ziggy Palfy suddenly announced his retirement from the NHL today. He indicated that after 2 failed shoulder operations, a third was not in the cards.

Did they even do their homework on this guy? $13.5 million over three years - now they will get most of it back, but what a mistake. Throw in Leclair, Gonchar and Recchi and you have the all old, all underachieving team.

Therrion also is a terrible choice as a coach. Thilbault terrible choice as a goalie. Crosby a terrible choice as an alternate captain. Melon Arena a terrible rink. Penguins a terrible name. Maybe they can replace terrible Craig Patrick with Milbury. Got to love the new NHL.
