The last of the Rat Pack

So long to Don "Binder" Boudria. The Glengarry-Prescott-Russell Liberal MP was an infamous member of the Rat Pack with Copps, Tobin and Nunziata. He was first elected to the House of Commons 21 years ago and was re-elected five times. It is safe to say that he knew parliamentary procedure like no other.
