Government could fall.....in Nova Scotia
A surprise Opposition motion introduced Tuesday in the Nova Scotia legislature could be the spark that brings down the minority government of Premier John Hamm and forces a snap provincial election, the government house leader warned Tuesday.
The NDP motion called for virtually all of Community Services Minister David Morse's cabinet salary - save $1 - to be stripped out of the provincial budget, which is nearing the last stages of debate.
